Lew Irwin: Deadly Times: The 1910 Bombing of the Los Angeles Times and America's Forgotten Decade of Terror

My review over at
An important book about deliberatly forgotten History. The third worse terror attack in the US after the Oklahma City Fed Buidling and the WTC, was the blowing up of the LA Times building. A bombing preceded by a decade of bombings by members of the AFofL's Iron Workers Union, and as Irwin notes these were fellows not adverse to the label Terrorists. Their grand plan was the destruction of Los Angeles by bombing the acquaducts carrying water to the city, and then setting fires throughout LA that the fire fighters would be unable to extinguish. Those seeking the roots of Terror, ought know Al Qaeda's imported western Radicalism (especially Russian Anarchism). Ideas not organic to Islam. Just another sad 'ism along with Nationalism, Fascism, and Socialism Middle Eastners have tragically mimicked from us.
