A New Voice from Englewood - "The Brooklyn of Chicago": The Englewood Manifesto Volume 1.0

A ticket agent in the city asked me a few weeks ago if I was a real estate developer.  That took me aback.  He asked out-of-the-blue.  I thought a minute and said, “no, but if I were, what’s the next hot neigborhood?”

Now he had to reflect a minute, and then he said, “Englewood”.
