Consider Tammy Duckworth making the incomprehensible decision to visit California this week and speak at Santa Monica College, and then read the comments over at a professional-polical-operatives favorite Illionis blog. Those read to me like thoughts of guys in the thick of the campaign writing things off to a very bad candidate.
This is going to be close.
