When's Obama dumping Biden for Hillary?

A Biden v Ryan debate's gotta be too awful for Dems to contemplate.  I say Biden's out by week after next, and Hillary's Veep.  Now Clinton v Ryan will be a powerful debate!  Historic and important and one every American ought watch.
