Cal Skinner writing back in 2009 on the Blagojevich Administrations blatant disregard for Veterans Hiring Preferences in the State of Illinois.
Would be worth asking Tammy Duckworth what she did as a leader at Illinois DVA to make good with some of the Vets passed over for these State jobs.
