Ask for a full explanation of the salary boost for Development Director Philip Bus. How did he go from a $98,000 salary to $158,000 during a slow development downturn? And then thank taxpayers by retiring in his 60's? I have heard that this gentleman is a good friend of the chairman's. Is that in the report that has just been released?Amazing indeed.
He should be available since he is currently receiving an additional fee as a county contractor.
