AP: Waukegan Dem announces bid for congressional seat

It starts again in the 10th:
Democrat Ilya Sheyman said Wednesday that he'll take on Republican Robert Dold, who won the seat last fall. Dold defeated three-time Democratic candidate Dan Seals to help the GOP hold onto the seat held for five terms by Mark Kirk, who won President Barack Obama's former U.S. Senate seat.
Sheyman says he's raised more than $100,000 toward his campaign.
