Convicted Rezko partner cooperated with feds - Chicago Sun-Times

Ok Bessie, deconstruct this,
A onetime Tony Rezko business partner, who once was a Chicago cop and chief executive of a company that won a $50 million security contract in Iraq, has pleaded guilty to federal charges in Chicago after he cooperated with authorities.

Daniel T. Frawley pleaded guilty on Feb. 14 to bank fraud and structuring transactions — a plea that came about two weeks after his charges were made public.

The Chicago Sun-Times has learned that Frawley won a deal that will mean a significant cut in his potential sentence because he provided information to authorities regarding Rezko, who was convicted in 2008 and is awaiting sentencing. The cooperation began quietly years ago, the Sun-Times has learned.

Frawley once ran a company called Companion Security with Rezko, a onetime adviser to former Gov. Rod Blagojevich.

The Sun-Times has previously reported that Iraq’s Ministry of Electricity gave a $50 million contract to Companion Security in 2005 to train Iraqi security guards.

That deal soon fizzled after a regime change, leading Companion to lobby officials — unsuccessfully — from Washington to Baghdad in hopes of reviving the deal.
That lobbying from Washington to Baghdad ought to be an interesting story.

Partner Daniel T. Frawley was a Chicago cop for 7 months back in the late 1970's...He was fired for being an extreme racist and picking fights with his superiors and coworkers...(Do you know how bad you have to be to get fired from the CPD???)

"Won" a $50 million dollar security contract??? Really, he actually bid it with NO college, NO military, NO training, NO office, phone or fax, NO business insurance contract, No business licience in Illinois or any where else...Frawley and Rezko "won" a $50 million dollar contract? Could it have been that the "bought" a $50 million dollar contract with that $100,000 cash that was stolen from the home of Frawley's sister Maureen on April 26th, 2006...Do you remember the email that Jill Morganthaler sent o.king the Savana site??? SHE sent that email on April 27th, coincidence??? I don't think so...

"Pleaded guilty to Federal charges in Chicago after he cooperated with authorities"...this is the fed's version of "quid pro quo" as I am sure Frawley did not cooperate out of guilt from wrong doing but fear of going to prison...His cooperation must have been pretty substantial for them to wave the possible 100's of charges they could have tagged on...Like bribery, theft, lieing to the feds on and on and on...

"Daniel T. Frawley pleaded guilty on Feb. 14 to bank fraud and structuring transactions — a plea that came about two weeks after his charges were made public."

This is the fed's hoping we all have alzheimers hoping we have completley forgotten his name and that they can convict him on charges that have nothing to do with Companion, Alsammarae, Rezko, Blagojevich and possibly Obama...He didn't put Eric Holder in his position because he thought he was outstanding at his job...

"the cooperation began quitley years ago the Sun Times has learned"...NOT so quitely Bill, years ago around 07, or 08 Frawley got into a fight with Dan Mahru in a bar when he discovered he too was wearing a wire for the feds...in a very loud and public display Frawley & Mahru ripped the wires off each other, many many people witnessed this fight and knew of the cooperation with the feds...

Really, it fizzled after a regime change??? So where's the $650 million Alsammarae took? Is he going to give it back?? Is it a coincidence that FRawley is Alsammarae's #1 fan on his facebook page and that he is still claiming to be president of Companion? WILL Frawley be a proxy witness for the feds in Blogo's upcoming trial??? They would not dare call Rezko risking cross by the defense...

Hard to believe that they'd risk a cross on Frawley, either. Could easily be impeached.
