RN2010's conference to feature candidate training and GOTV ideas

via Illinois Review

Right Nation 2010 will provide limited seating at an afternoon luncheon and activist training conference on September 18th in Hoffman Estates. Four major organizations will share coordinating sessions on topics that appeal to committed conservative activists -- Republicans, Tea Partiers or independents. One of the groups is Virginia-based Leadership Institute, who will focus on things to do in the last six weeks of this election season and to prepare for 2011 non-partisan local races.
Right Nation 2010's Activist Training Conference begins at 11:00 am with a networking luncheon featuring keynote speaker Freedom Works' Dick Armey and others, and ends after three breakout workshop tracks at 4:00 PM.
Leadership Institute's 3-session candidate training track will cover last minute tips for this November's election and ideas for winning in local 2011 races:
  • Running to Win-21 Tips for Getting Elected
  • Get Out Your Vote-Creative Ways to Get Your Voters to the
    Polls
  • Voter Contact-Developing a Winning Message
  • Knowledge is Power-Strategic and Opposition Research
  • Campaign Strategy and Structure-How to Organize a Winning
    Local Campaign
LI's special presenters will be Robert Arnakis, political consultant Robert Cahaly and Dan Tripp, of Americans for Limited Government.
