Blagojevich and a victory for the tinfoil hat crowd

Madigan rushed the Impeachmenet. Dept of Justice argued a Loss of Honest services after the Supremes ruled against the notion instead of taking the time to rethink the charges. Fitz didn't call Rezko, Levine, or talk about the Iraq power plant deals, Campanion Security, or Blagojevich's Iraqi Guy. Sure looks like people rushed and rushed to get Blagojevich out of the way, and a jury wasn't going to buy into the rush.

Picture above of Attorney General Holder with the Guv announcing Holder's deal to prove Rosement Illinois (of all places) "Mob Free" and worthy site of a Casino. We sound like we need those tin foil caps sometimes, but geez, it sure looks weird in Illinois and we have all these pics of guys with plenty of reasons to rush things through before juries and voters can get a good look at the scams.

Don't be too hard on Fitzgerald, it's hard to convict someone when your protecting the defendents cohort and the prosecutors boss...There had to be a deal between the defense and the prosecution, defense doesn't seek the 2 hour Obama/Fitzgerald interview (where Obama undoubtedly perjures himself)...and the prosecution won't call Rezko (which they were afraid to anyhow just incase he brought Obama into the mix)...
