Phil Hare's response to his doesn't give a hoot about the constitution video. What struck me more about that Youtube wasn't Hare's flub on constitutionality --that was obviously born from frustration at the interview-- but the frame Hare used of defending sick kids, and his claim he read the bill three times through --yet apparently missed the bill's failure to cover kid's pre-existing conditions.
Forgive the constitution lapse, but feigned concern for sick kids a bit much. Your concerned about the tone of debate Congressman Hare, start with yourself and some honesty.
