It's a sad sad day for America when it's significant news that children were treated well by US soldiers. Before Bush, no one would even question that we would treat any of our detainees with the utmost respect for human rights. Sadly, that is no longer the case.

It's not news in the US AP. The Guardian (no friend of Bush) is the only place I've seen this story.
Except for Noriega, I can't recall the US holding combatents since Korea. I don't think we held any during all of Vietnam.
