Bruna's at 24th and Oakley
Bruna's restaurant at 24th and Oakley. Bruna's was the headquarters for strikers at the near by McCormick Reaper Works in 1886.An Italian sandwich... ...and here is fettucini with scallops. La Fontenalla is a few doors down. My mom and step-dad took me here for dinner when I graduated from DePaul.
Your food photos are great, Bill. My all time favorite of yours is still this one that I posted last year: http://respublica.typepad.com/respublica/2005/04/chicago_hot_dog.html
