I'd probably have voted for Chicago's ban. But I did enjoy a camel straight after breakfast and enjoyed my pipe with a beer before I quit in Oct 1986.
Here are some 1930's Nazi anti-smoking posters posted at Smokers Liberation Front. You do get annoyed with those who condem a vice and don't understand the need to hang onto a few of them so you have something to give up in mid-life.
